On Friday, January 10, 2025 - SMAN 6 Yogyakarta held its regular Environmental Awareness activity (PRLH) with members of the Muda Wijaya Green School Community (MWGSC). This activity aimed to foster environmental awareness and support the creation of a greener and more sustainable school environment. One of the primary activities was checking the school's Green House. MWGSC members ensured that the plants were well-maintained by examining soil moisture and plant conditions. This initiative aims to maintain the Green House as a living laboratory that supports student learning.

Additionally, the members actively engaged in waste sorting around the school area. They separated organic and inorganic waste while educating their peers on proper waste management practices. This effort was intended to instill environmental awareness among all school members.Through educational activities, MWGSC members shared information on the importance of individual roles in maintaining environmental cleanliness. They hope that these small actions can have a significant impact on fostering environmental care behaviors among students and the wider community.
